This position requires constant movement from one work location to another and standing tolerance with frequent bending, stooping, twisting, overhead reaching and lifting of up to 50 pounds. As a Customer Service Representative for MKAA, this position assists airport tenants and passengers with customer service requests, including but not limited to, pushing of wheelchairs and use of airport passenger cart assistance, answering customer and visitor questions regarding the facility and its services; assists the Marketing and Public Relations Department with special events and logistics. Assists passengers and guests with information requests, including but not limited to, tourism, airport facilities, ground transportation, airlines, security, baggage issues, and directions. Responsible for maintaining information booth and tourism brochures, including monitoring inventory and stocking brochures.
